**Payment for services must be made in full before the initiation of any work.** We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Transparency in pricing and billing is our priority.

If a client decides to cancel a project before its completion, please note that any payments already made for the project will **not be refunded**.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in and to the services and all underlying technologies and documentation created by the Company, shall remain the **sole and exclusive property of the Company**.

8. Client Data Confidentiality and Security

Neuro AI prioritizes the confidentiality of our clients' data:

• Neuro AI will not share, sell, or use any data uploaded by our clients for any purpose without the **express written consent** of the client.
• Neuro AI commits to taking all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the **security and confidentiality** of data uploaded to our platform.
• If a client chooses to discontinue using our services, they have the **right to request that their data be deleted** from our systems. We will comply with this deletion request within a reasonable timeframe.
